One of my all time favourite places is tucked away around the back of the Sheraton (follow the path of blue fish). Aptly named Il Paradiso this secluded restaurant is indeed a romantic corner of paradise and one of Abu Dhabi's lesser-known treasures. For a truly romantic evening choose to eat al fresco at one of the restaurant's outdoor tables. If the evenings aren't cool enough to sit outdoors, you won't be disappointed by the ambience of the restaurant itself. Simple airy decor gives Il Paradiso a tranquil holiday atmosphere.
