One of the first things that will impress you about The Abu Dhabi Golf Club is the Truly Spectacular clubhouse.
The Club House is built in the shape of an eagle swooping down upon a Golf Ball.
In fact even if you aren't on a golf vacation, the Club House and Golf Course are so spectacular it is really worth the short trip from the City to view this architectural wonder.
As you play at this meticulously kept Golf Course you realise that the Abu Dhabi Golf Club really has created a lush oasis in the desert, which includes seven salt water lakes and attracts some spectacular bird life. It is not uncommon to see a heron or lilac crested roller swoop past you as you play.
The 19th hole at The Golf Club, 1001 nights, offers the perfect golf vacation sundowner. Happy Hours are from 5.00pm until 8.00pm – Please note children under 18 are not permitted after 7.00pm.
These Top End Facilities also offer several great dining options. Café 37 is open between 6 am and midnight to provide delicious light snacks from the al a carte menu. At the other end of the scale try freshly prepared sushi and sashimi at the Club’s Sushi bar.
The Casa Verde offers Mediterranean style dishes and is open daily between 12noon – 3pm (until 4pm at weekends) and from 6pm – 11pm.
The Abu Dhabi Golf Club has a first rate Golf Academy which boasts one of the largest Driving Ranges in the Gulf.

Right in the heart of the island itself is The Abu Dhabi Golf and Equestrian Club
This popular 9 hole Golf Course has been cleverly designed to incorporate water challenges and different tee positions. Floodlighting enables Golfers to play at sunrise and sunset to utilise the cooler parts of the day. The Club also has an excellent driving range and lessons by resident Professionals are available at the Golf Academy.
Membership fees for Visitor sare available as is the hire of clubs and carts. The course is beautifully maintained and once inside this little Haven it is hard to remember that you are in the heart of one of the World's newest and wealthiest Cities.
Al Ghazal Golf - Sand Course
Experience one of the best Sand Courses in the World, just 400 metres from the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
The 18 hole Al Ghazal Golf Club hosted the inaugural Abu Dhabi World Sand Championshipin 2004 attracting world top golf celebrities Nick Faldo, Ian Woosnam and Paul McGinley.
The Club prides itself on being friendly to both members and guests alike and provides First Class facilities which include gym complete with steam room, jacuzzi and sauna.
The Al Ghazal Golf Club is working alongside other Sand Courses to standardise Rules worldwide. Where possible the Rules for Sand are kept as close as possible to playing on a grass Course.
