My Top Tips to survive Flight Food!
If you have any dietary requirements then make sure that you book these several days before you fly. The earlier the better - if you can do it at the time you book your flight. I have never been able to understand why Children's meals don't come automatically for children, but they don't, so book these ahead too.
I've found that by searching through all the options you can actually get a nice Fresh fruit Platter on British Airways. However hight you are in the sky, fresh fruit arrives looking pretty much like fresh fruit and more importantly looking edible.
If all else fails take the tray and refuse the hot meal. There is normally something salvageable off the tray - the salad, yoghur and cheese and biscuits are normally pretty edible.
