The menu is extensive and mainly Mediterranean and the open-kitchen provides a lively back drop to the Restaurant. One of the few restaurants that accept children, mine are always delighted with the freshly made pizzas. I'm normally totally spoilt for choice with so many great fish dishes but increasingly I tend to opt for the spicy hammour.
Vasco's is located at the Hiltonia Beach Club and is part of the Hilton International Hotel. It has an enviable location when the evenings are cool enough, as the restaurant has one of the prettiest Al Fresco terraces in the City. Booking ahead is advisable and you can do this as you pass from your Hotel to the Hiltonia Beach Club or by phone from your Hotel Room or for external dialling tel: 02 681 1900 - If the evenings are cool enough be sure to ask for outdoor seating when you make your reservation, as this Restaurant fills up quickly. Despite its beach side location dress is casual for lunch and casual/smart casual in the evenings. Swimwear is not appropriate in the Restaurant.
