Discover Vasco's one of the City's most popular restaurants

Knowing that Abu Dhabi Hotels are well-known for their International Standard Restaurants, we were excited to be invited to Vasco's, by my husband's new boss, on our very first evening in Abu Dhabi. The menu is extensive and mainly Mediterranean and the open-kitchen provides a lively back drop to the Restaurant.

The children were delighted with the freshly made pizzas. I was just totally spoilt for choice with so many great fish dishes but finally opted for one of their delicious curries and wasn't disappointed.

Vasco's is located at the Hiltonia Beach Club and is part of the Hilton International Hotel. Vasco's an enviable location when the evenings are cool enough, as the restaurant has one of the prettiest Al Fresco terraces in the City.

Booking ahead is advisable and you can do this as you pass from your Hotel to the Hiltonia Beach Club or by phone from your Hotel Room or for external dialling tel: 02 681 1900 - If the evenings are cool enough be sure to ask for outdoor seating when you make your reservation, as this Restaurant fills up quickly.

Despite its beach side location dress is casual for lunch and casual/smart casual in the evenings. Swimwear is not appropriate in the Restaurant.
