BiCE

This fine Italian restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hilton International Hotel, and is a far cry from plastic red and white checked table cloths.

I like to book a table by the window, if possible, but the whole restaurant is elegant, so this isn't essential. If you are looking for a little privacy then there is also an intimate table for two situated inside the wine cave.

The balcony bar directly outside BiCE is a great place to sip a glass of champagne and nibble on olives and beautifully ripe parmigiano-regiano cheese.

Warm Italian Foccacia assists you with your choice from the menu and you are invited to walk around the wine cellar to choose your preferred vintage.

Although relatively new, BiCE has soon found its way on to the list of favourite places to dine out in Abu Dhabi. This restaurant is perfect for a romantic evening or special occasion.

After dinner why not stroll downstairs to the Jazz Bar, (just behind Hemingways bar) it starts to get going about 10pm and is definitely one of my favourite spots in the City
