If you are looking for cosmopolitan dining in Abu Dhabi City, let me introduce you to BiCE (pronounced bee-chay). This fine Italian restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hilton International Hotel, this is fine Italian dining at its best. I like to book a table by the window, if possible, but the whole restaurant is elegant, so this isn't essential.

The balcony bar directly outside BiCE is a great place to sip a glass of champagne and nibble on olives and beautifully ripe parmigiano-regiano cheese.

The beautifully crisp white table-linen alerts you to the quality you can expect throughout the evening.

Warm Italian Foccacia assists you with your choice from the menu and you are invited to walk around the wine cellar to choose your preferred vintage.

Although relatively new, BiCE has soon found its way on to the list of favourite places to dine out in Abu Dhabi. This restaurant is perfect for a romantic evening or special occasion.
